Link a New Device to Your PIX Account

If the system prompts you for a 2-Factor Authentication token at login, but a code does not appear in your authentication application, you need to reach out to PIX Support to clear your 2FA. 

Clearing your 2FA will allow you to link your new device to your PIX Account.

 

2FA needs to be cleared if:

  • You get a new device and have lost access to the 6-digit code on your authentication application.
  • Your device is restored.
  • The authentication application is deleted from your device.

 

 

If you need to link your device, reach out to PIX Support by emailing support@pixsystem.com or calling (415) 357-9720 so that we can clear your 2FA.
